Spa Etiquettes



Reservation
We encourage our clients to make advance reservation to ensure your preferred date and time of treatment is available. Reservations that are made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.

Special Health Consideration
Kindly notify our staff if you are pregnant, suffering from any illness or medical condition including allergies and intolerance of any kind. The Management shall not be responsible for any unforeseen allergic reactions from the treatment received.

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your appointment.

Etiquette
We respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum to ensure your enjoyment of the peaceful environment. For that reason, we encourage that all cellphones and pagers are to be switched off.

Smoking and Alcohol
Both smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted within the premises of the Spa.

Prices
All spa treatments' price are subject to change without notification. Our staff will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at any time of your reservation.

Payment
All payment are to be made in cash, master/visa card only.

Late Arrival
Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Cancellation
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. As a courtesy to our clients and our therapists, kindly give us 12 hours' notice if you have to cancel or change any treatment.

Gratuities
Gratuities should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services and your personal providers; therefore all gratuities are left solely at your discretion.

Respectable Conduct
Kindly note that our treatments are based on strictly clean and therapeutic approach. The Management reserves the right to remove any clients from the Spa premises for inappropriate behavior even though he/she was charged for the treatment.
